Routes abroad

For many young people, spending time abroad is a dream – and at the same time a valuable opportunity for personal and professional development. But what options are available? How does the application process work? And who provides financial support?

The online information session „Pathways Abroad“ provides answers to these questions. Participation is free of charge and no registration is required.

Whether it’s voluntary service, work and travel, an internship, a language course abroad, an au pair placement or a school exchange – the information evening provides an overview of the wide range of programmes and ways to go abroad. Experts will provide information on organisation, funding and application processes. The information evening will take on a particularly practical dimension thanks to first-hand accounts from young people who have spent time abroad themselves and will share insights into their personal experiences.

The event is aimed at young people up to around 30 years of age who are planning a stay abroad or would like to find out more about the wide range of opportunities available – for example, school pupils and apprentices.
