\u00bbDanube Guides Action\u00ab konzentriert sich auf die Weiterbildung und Professionalisierung der 93 Danube Guides, die im Zuge einer Pilotaktion im EU-Projekt LENA (INTERREG B, Danube Transnational Programme, 2017-2019) ausgebildet wurden. Danube Guides sind besondere Natur-Kultur-F\u00fchrer*innen f\u00fcr den Donauraum. Sie haben das Ziel, das wertvolle Natur- und Kulturerbe der Donauregion durch passende Angebote an verschiedene Zielgruppen (Tourist*innen, Sch\u00fcler*innen, lokale Bev\u00f6lkerung, Kinder, Menschen mit Behinderung etc.) zu vermitteln. Auf diese Weise wird ein Beitrag zum Umweltschutz und der Bewusstseinsbildung im Donauraum geleistet. Bedarfsorientierte Fortbildungen und Netzwerktreffen unterst\u00fctzen die ausgebildeten Guides bei der Entwicklung von eigenen, qualitativ hochwertigen Bildungs- und Erlebnisangeboten. Zentral ist zudem, die Verstetigung und Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Projektpartnern (PP) im Bereich Umweltbildung, um zuk\u00fcnftig ein (regionales und transnationales)
