Danube Rally 2025

Europe to Go - an interactive Danube rally for schoolchildren

The Danube is one of the most important links between European countries, cultures and histories. To familiarise children and young people with the diversity and importance of the Danube region, the Neu-Ulm City Library is working with us to organise the Danube Rallye.

In an interactive rally, which takes place at various stations within the Neu-Ulm public library, the pupils playfully discover the special features of the Danube region and at the same time get to know Europe better. The Danube Rally is a co-operation between the Neu-Ulm City Library and the Danube Office Ulm/Neu-Ulm.

This year's rally will take place from Tuesday, 25 February to Friday, 28 February 2025. The programme is aimed in particular at 5th and 6th graders, who are cordially invited to take part in the rally. The interactive exploration takes about 90 minutes per class. In order to give the pupils an intensive experience, only one class can take part at a time. The starting times begin at 8.30 a.m. and are allocated every 90 minutes.

If you would like to take part with your class, please send us an email by 20.01.2025 at the latest to stadtbuecherei@neu-ulm.de. Appointments are allocated in the order in which registrations are received.

We look forward to welcoming your pupils to the Danube Rally next February!
